Electronic Authorization Terms

By using BleezePay.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you acknowledge and consent to conduct transactions and receive disclosures, notices, and other communications electronically. This agreement outlines your rights regarding electronic signatures and records.

1. Consent to Electronic Communications

By checking any box, clicking any button, or taking any action to signify your agreement to these terms, you consent to receive all disclosures, documents, agreements, and notices related to your use of our services electronically, including via email, SMS, and our website.

2. Electronic Signature Agreement

By electronically signing any form, application, or agreement through BleezePay.com, you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature and has the same validity and enforceability.

You further agree that:

  • Your electronic signature is binding.

  • You intend to be legally bound by the terms of any agreement you sign electronically.

  • You have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or your business.

3. System Requirements

To receive and retain electronic communications, you must have:

  • A valid email address

  • The ability to receive emails and access PDF files

If these requirements change, we will notify you and request a renewed consent if necessary.

4. Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of any electronically signed document or communication by contacting us at support@bleezepay.com. We may charge a fee for mailing paper copies.

5. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications at any time by contacting us at support@bleezepay.com. However, doing so may limit or terminate your ability to use certain services that require electronic communication.

6. Consent and Authorization

By proceeding, you affirm that you:

  • Consent to using electronic records and signatures.

  • Understand your rights and obligations related to electronic communications.
